Job Description:

1. Responsible for the coordination of requirement definition, interface standards, resource allocation, system hardware architecture design or circuit design, simulation, PCB board design, component selection, prototype debugging, etc;

2. Responsible for the safety regulations, evaluation, testing, and verification of electronic control products, as well as the evaluation of the process or maintainability of the designed products;

3. Responsible for product trial production tracking, quality issues, and technical improvements;

4. Write process documents for the project, such as proposals, calculations, and cost estimates;

5. Cooperate in writing process documents required for production and supply chain BOM、 Material codes, homework files, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (major in electronics, optoelectronics, mechatronics, etc., with English proficiency level 4 or above);

2. Master's degree or above, with at least 1 year of hardware design experience; A bachelor's degree is required to have at least 3 years of hardware design experience;

3. At least proficient in using software such as AD, Cadence, PADS, etc., with SI experience, familiar with PCB Layout rules, strong hands-on ability, able to DIY some testing tools and fixtures;

4. Proficient in analog circuit and digital circuit design, proficient in power electronics, weak signal processing, high-speed circuit design, and heat dissipation calculation and evaluation capabilities;

5. Have hardware design and debugging capabilities related to embedded ARM and FPGA; Having a holistic system perspective and the ability to balance software and hardware loads;

6. Having EMC/EMI countermeasures and able to independently complete product safety certification;

7. Have quality control and cost control awareness, cooperate to complete the ECR ECN process;

8. Having a certain level of knowledge in power electronics and experience in hardware design for high-voltage power supplies, high-power switching power supplies, and pulse power supplies is preferred;

9. Familiar with the basic principles of lasers, experience in designing laser related power supplies, electronic control systems, and optical modulation hardware is preferred.

Job Description:

1. Collect, organize, and provide feedback on market and product information, conduct benchmarking analysis measures for competitors, and provide decision-making basis for the formulation of sales strategies and the development of new products;

2. Responsible for business negotiations, quoting, signing contracts, and controlling accounts receivable to achieve set sales targets;

3. According to market strategy, quickly and effectively explore new markets in the industry, understand and guide customer needs, apply for equipment trials and follow up, and provide solutions for customers;

4. Conduct demand forecasting for responsible customers, provide consultation, training, on-site customer support, product repair and other pre-sales and after-sales service work;

5. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and information feedback of new customers, as well as long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers;

6. Assist the marketing specialist in conducting marketing exhibition activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (major in optoelectronics, physics, or related fields, with English proficiency level 4 or above);

2. Has relevant experience in the field of ultrafast lasers.
