Blue light+infrared dual beam composite welding joint

This welding joint is a blue light+infrared dual beam composite welding joint that coaxially combines blue light and infrared beams for output. It can be used for processing various non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, and dissimilar materials, especially for welding high reactive materials such as copper and aluminum, which can greatly improve welding quality and efficiency. By adding infrared oscillation, defects such as welding spatter and porosity can be further reduced. The welding head adopts a modular design, which is easy and fast to maintain, and can be widely used in high-end processing fields such as laser welding, laser quenching, laser cladding, etc. in platform automation or robot automation scenarios. This welding head has a reserved expansion port, which can be directly matched with our OCT laser welding penetration monitoring system.
