Through integrated design, the dual end fiber outputs 800W (800um core diameter) 455nm blue light and 3000W (20um core diameter) 1080nm infrared laser, which have the characteristics of control integration, small footprint, flexible movement, and convenient integration. It can be applied to the processing of various non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, and heterogeneous materials, and can achieve splash free or less splash welding of high reactive materials such as copper and aluminum. The welding parts have beautiful shape, few defects, and good repeatability, especially suitable for welding processing of new energy batteries, electric vehicle three electric system components, power copper bars and other products.
