Back List

Extreme Ear Welding

Ear welding is a key process in battery production and manufacturing, mainly used to connect the electrodes and external circuits of the battery. The joint must have sufficient strength and stable electrical connection. Blue light laser achieves splash free and high-precision welding by increasing the absorption rate of copper material to laser (12 times higher than traditional infrared laser). The penetration depth is controllable and suitable for welding multi-layer copper and aluminum tabs. It has a small heat affected zone, reduces material deformation, supports high-speed welding, and improves production efficiency. It is suitable for welding small, high-energy density battery tabs.

Sealing nail welding

Sealing nail welding is a key process in the manufacturing of power batteries, used to encapsulate injection holes and ensure battery sealing, directly affecting the safety and reliability of the battery. Welding achieves complete isolation between the inside and outside of the battery, preventing electrolyte leakage and avoiding defects such as cracks and pinholes. Traditional pulse welding has a slow speed and continuous welding is prone to pinholes. By combining infrared and blue light, it is possible to improve speed, reduce hole defects, enhance sealing reliability, and balance speed and yield.

Welding of adapter plate

The battery adapter is a critical component in the battery system, used to connect the battery cell terminals with external circuits (such as terminals and circuit boards), ensuring efficient current transmission and ensuring battery safety.

Welding of the top cover of the square battery box

Sealing welding of battery casing is a key process in battery manufacturing, which is crucial for ensuring battery performance and safety. The weld seam should be uniform, smooth, and free of defects such as pores, cracks, and undercutting. By combining infrared and blue light, it is possible to improve speed, reduce welding spatter, decrease defects such as holes and cracks, enhance sealing reliability, and balance speed and yield.
