Laser cladding is a surface modification technology that uses high-energy laser beams to locally melt and rapidly solidify coating materials and substrate surfaces, forming metallurgical bonds. Its core lies in significantly improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and other characteristics of the surface without changing the overall performance of the matrix material, while achieving efficient repair or functional customization.

Blue light laser cladding can be applied to high-speed and high-quality processing of high reactive materials such as copper and aluminum, with the following advantages:

A. Low spatter and low porosity: Blue light laser has high absorption rate, high melt pool stability, and significantly reduced spatter and porosity.

B. Fast melting and efficient repair: The melting speed can reach 20-50mm/s, which is more than three times faster than traditional processes and suitable for the rhythm requirements of large-scale production lines.
